Shipping policy

 

Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment (often the same day if ordered by 12 pm) and are shipped via Royal Mail using their First Class delivery service. If you are ordering from outside of the UK we will use the Royal Mail Standard International Delivery service.

Postages costs continue to increase but we do our best to keep them as low as possible. Despite our average postal cost being well over £5 per order for UK destinations our current prices are as follows: 

UK - A flat rate of £3.99 or free if your order value is £50 or over. 

Europe - A flat rate of £5.99

Rest of the world - A flat rate of £9.99

Our experience with Royal Mail is that packages will be received within 1-2 working days in the UK, 3 - 5 working days in Europe and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world.
